2. What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry and, if you request it, preparing a commercial proposal.

We do not use this data to send unsolicited advertising, nor do we add it to mailing lists without your express consent.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance checkbox before submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to commercial enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Where your data is stored

Data is stored in our own management system, hosted on a server contracted with OVH within the European Union. No international transfers outside the European Economic Area take place.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We do not use external form platforms: messages go directly to our systems.

6. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship or, for enquiries that do not lead to a project, for a maximum of two years after the last contact, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing tohola@soulmarket.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies or local storage that may exist are those strictly necessary for the site to work. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.
